JoyLiving Joins LeadingAge Ohio as a Provider Member

We’re excited to share that JoyLiving has officially joined LeadingAge Ohio as a provider member.

At JoyLiving, our mission is to help senior living communities use technology in a way that feels human. We believe the right technology should strengthen connection, reduce staff burden, improve responsiveness, and create a better experience for residents and families.

Joining LeadingAge Ohio is an important step for us as we continue expanding our work with aging services organizations across the country. LeadingAge Ohio represents a broad network of senior services leaders committed to helping Ohioans live fully as they age, and we’re honored to become part of that community.

Ohio is an especially important state for this work. Like many parts of the country, Ohio is experiencing a major demographic shift. Its older adult population is growing quickly, and by 2025, more than one in four Ohioans will be age 60 or older. That growth creates both opportunity and pressure for senior living providers, who are working to deliver excellent care while managing staffing challenges, rising expectations from families, and increasingly complex resident needs.

That is where we believe thoughtful AI products, specifically built for seniors and senior living can make a meaningful difference.

At JoyLiving, our solutions are designed to help communities automate routine communication, answer common resident and family questions, summarize calls, route requests to the right staff members, and even help create maintenance or service tickets. The goal is not to replace human care. The goal is to give staff more time and capacity to focus on the work that most requires human judgment, compassion, and presence.

We also believe AI can play an important role in reducing loneliness and isolation. Through JoyCalls, residents can receive friendly check-in calls, wellness conversations, reminders, companionship, and escalation when something may need staff or family attention. For residents who may not use apps, portals, or smartphones comfortably, a simple phone call can be one of the most natural and accessible ways to stay connected.

Representing JoyLiving in Ohio will be Savannah Andriacco, who lives in Cincinnati with her husband and two young boys. She and her family moved to Cincinnati from Chicago three years ago to be closer to family and put down roots in her husband’s hometown. Since then, they’ve loved making Cincinnati home, welcoming both boys, and spending time exploring local parks, trails, and outdoor spaces together as a family.

Savannah brings both personal passion and professional experience to this work. Before joining JoyLiving, she spent several years in senior living operations, helping lead a large independent living and assisted living community in Chicago. That experience gave her a firsthand understanding of the challenges senior living teams face every day—from balancing staffing needs and resident expectations to managing the countless operational details required to keep a community running smoothly.

Because of that background, Savannah understands that technology only matters if it genuinely helps the people using it. She believes the best solutions should support the work of executive directors, nurses, front desk teams, maintenance staff, activity professionals, caregivers, and everyone else who helps residents feel safe, supported, and connected.

Savannah will be reaching out to community executives and staff members across Ohio to introduce herself, learn about their priorities, and better understand where JoyLiving may be able to help. Our goal is not to come in with a one-size-fits-all solution. Our goal is to listen first, identify real operational and resident experience challenges, and then explore whether our technology can support the community in a practical and meaningful way.

We know Ohio’s senior living providers are navigating increasing operational demands while continuing to deliver high-quality care. We also know that many communities are already thinking seriously about how AI, automation, and better communication tools can support their teams. Ohio’s combination of a growing older adult population, strong aging-services leadership, and urgent workforce needs makes it a state where practical, human-centered innovation can have real impact.

As a member of LeadingAge Ohio, we look forward to building relationships, learning from industry leaders, and supporting communities across the state with solutions that address real challenges in aging services.

We’re honored to be part of this community and excited for what’s ahead.
